As the owner of Back 2 Basics, I would like to say THANK YOU. In a fitness world full of options, gimmicks, and quick fixes we know that results can be overpromised and under-delivered. After spending decades in corporate america and originally being outsiders to the fitness and nutrition industry; we know first hand how hard it is to balance work, life, and family demands while trying to carve out time to eat healthy, get to the gym, and maintain results. I am happy to tell you Back 2 Basics is here to bring you the perfect combination of solutions with proven results . After being part of the Shake Sum family for 7+ years I decided it was time to start helping others in similar situations secure their own results. Have a question, need advice, don't know where to start? We are here to answers your questions, provide excellent customer service and most importantly, help you to get Back 2 Basics!

Delivery and Order Policies

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders placed by noon CST will ship the next day. This does not apply to PRE-ORDER items. Unless otherwise stated there is no presumed shipping/pickup timeframe for pre-orders. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please read the product descriptions and announcements prior to submitting an order. No refunds will be issued. You may request an exchange for store credit towards a future purchase by emailing info@back2basics.fit within 24 hours of placing the initial order. 

REVENGE CLEANSE PRE-ORDERS: Once order is placed it can not be cancelled or exchanged. Orders are produced as they received.

Location

We are a 100% online store located in Overland Park KS. We fill orders Monday - Saturday, any order that is placed by 12:00pm CST will ship the next day. Once a month we will offer pop up shops, local delivery, and same day delivery to our local clients.
